OK here’s the answer! It’s Curtis’s favourite health drink of course, a freshly squeezed ‘Carrot, Ginger and Lemon’ juice. We like to mix carrot juice with ginger and lemon juice to give it a bit of a kick – and keep those pesky colds away! Ingredients •  4 large organic carrots •  1 inch cube of ginger (2.5cm cube) •  ½ lemon How to Make 1. Prepare carrots removing ends and washing. 2. Peel the ginger, and slice to fit your juicer. 3. Chop the skin off the lemon. 4. Juice and enjoy. You may prefer your juice with less ginger, if your not sure just start with a tiny piece – you can always add more later yeah! Curtis …
