The Royal Mail has launched two special edition stamps to commemorate Helen Glover and Heather Stanning win the Women’s Pair’s rowing final and Bradley Wiggins triumph in the cycling. The stamps, now available, shows Glover and Stanning waving with joy as they finished their historic race, making them the first British women’s pair to win the rowing event. A second stamp shows Bradley Wiggins on his bike after he won gold in the time trial cycling. The Royal Mail, which is producing the stamps in record time, will also paint a red post box in the rowers’ home town gold in honour of the occasion.
