This week fancy stepping up to the plate (get it) and taking our LUNCH BOX CHALLENGE…it’s really simple and doesn’t cost a penny/cent/euro. All you need to do is to decide which day of the week you’re going to try and have a plastic or paper free lunch??? That means no wrappers, cling film, plastic or paper bags, just as nature planned it! You can do it solo, as a family, with friends or even get your class involved? Remember to tell us all about it. Wild Food Cooking Recipe Card 4: baked wild blackberry cheesecake As promised yesterday here’s Chloes favourite wild food ‘cheesecake’ recipe. Don’t panic if blackberries are hard to find? This amazing and wonderfully rich cheesecake is equally good made with other fruit, just use whatever is in season, or you happen to have in the fridge or freezer. Raspberries and blueberries are also delicious. The team have been out and about again…this time around Wild Food School delivered yet more apples and blackberries to TGM HQ! So you know what that meant – CAAAAAAKE! Here’s our delicious recipe for a super hero apple and blackberry fruit cake. It’s a great way to eat fruit, the only trouble you will have is stopping whoooo haaaaaaa go and enjoy yay!!!
