What’s this a HUGE bunny! Could it be a sign from our very own Maximatosis, the twisted, megalomaniacal mutant half man half rabbit creature from the far off planet Lagomorph’ intent on building his own army of animal misfits! Let’s hope not!!! YEEOWZA Source: Florentijn Hofman

We feel very lucky to be supported by so many amazing people, young and old, from all over the world! Thanks for sharing your photo of Niagara Falls Phil. Did you know that Niagara Falls (Cayuga: Gahnawehta or Tgahnawęhta) is the collective name for three waterfalls that straddle the international border between the Canadian province of Ontario and the U.S. state of New York. They form the southern end of the Niagara Gorge.

Dead trees turned into art???

Dead trees turned into art? Love it! Artist and designer Dave Rittinger has proposed a new idea for a public art piece which would see existing (perhaps existing but dead would be more practical?) trees turned into art pieces by way of turning their branches into giant colouring pencils. So far, Rittinger has only experimented with turning small tree limbs into various different man-made objects (baseball bats and toothpicks have also been tried), but it would certainly be interesting to see this proposal become a reality.

Cutest photo ever!!! Newborn baby gorilla aaawwww

A newborn baby gorilla at Melbourne Zoo in Australia gets a checkup at the hospital and shows suprise at the coldness of the stethoscope. Like humans, gorillas have two legs and two arms, 10 fingers and 10 toes, small ears on the side of the head, forward-looking eyes and 32 teeth. Unlike us, their arms are longer and more muscular than their legs, and their big toes look like thumbs. Their bodies are covered by thick dark hair, except on the face, chest, underarms, palms of the hands and soles of the feet. An adult male gorilla becomes a “silverback” at about age 15 when he is full grown and the hair on his back turns silvery-grey.

AAAAAWWWWWWW!!! We LOVE this pic ♥ Our children really are the future!!! It’s a good thing sloths don’t have to go to school. They’d never make it on time. These drowsy tree-dwellers sleep up to 20 hours a day! And even when they are awake, they barely move at all. In fact, they’re so incredibly sluggish, algae actually grows on their fur.
